This is probably the best customer service I've ever received from an online vendor--and on New Year's Eve no less! Kurt is a great guy and while he does keep an email list, it is strictly voluntary, non-pushy, infrequent, and you never get spammed. This guy -seriously- knows how to please his customers. Top notch.

I have used this online store and can say that the quality of customer service and product is respectable. This is not a scam site; Kurt, the owner, is a customer-savvy man and he is quite reasonable about problems with orders, e.i. defects, damage, transit errors, returns. I have not encountered malicious content on this site in the 3 years I've spent on it looking at the new models and the only event I've seen is one day when Mozilla blocked it as an attack site, but some people e-mailed the site master about it and he must have gotten it straightened out. You can ask anyone on a popular guitar forum and they will vouch for this site.
