With Ryan Air you can fly cheaper than your luggage. Here are my flight details; 1st Flight FR-9247 7-Sept-2022 from Luxembourg to Marseille (12,99€ for 2 persons.) 2nd Flight FR-9248 14-Sept-2022 from Marseille to Luxembourg (12,99€ for 2 persons.) Total Price: 25,98€ for 2 persons in total. However; at that price only 1 small cabin bag of 40x20x25 cm is included in the price. Even your laptop computer can not enter to this bag. And if you want to add a 20kg check-in luggage, the price increases "+33,99€" for each flight, say 67,98€ of increase, say 93,96€ in total. So your check-in luggage pays more than you :) However everybody knows that this is a game and Ryan Air is the cheapest in the market. So I will continue flying with them, because they are really very very cheap. Hopefully they exist. Thank you very much Ryan Air.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT There is no way to contact them via email or facebook. CANCELLED FLIGHT I am waiting for a refund for a cancelled flight, it is taking a lot of time and efforts. Ryanair has cancelled the flight, so I have the right to get the refund. I have contacted my bank and the flight authority. MISLEADING EMAILS You get a misleading email from Ryanair where they tell you to check-in, but if you do the check-in 24 before the flight you have to pay extra. DOUBLEBILLED They double billed me for a flight ticket, it costed me 1,5 €/minute to call them (to ask for explanation) and they just keep me waiting with recorded voice! The booking system does not work properly, I already attempt to pay for my flight 3 times with no success! Once the broke my luggage and never even replied to my email asking for explanation

Pero no e recibido ni numero de reserva ni confirmación ni nada ....e imposible contactar con ellos ...tienen teléfono que no responde ,chat en vivo que te mete a una lista de espera que sale que debes esperar 127 min.(2h) y se desconecta a 15 min de espera ,mail que no te responde o puede que responde después una semana ....

Moin moin. Gute bis sehr gute Reiseangebote. Aber bitte auch Personal fair bezahlen. Nicht nur die Aktionäre. Das muß schon alles sauber ablaufen, wenn ich weiter Kunde bleiben soll. Ich halte jetzt erstmal den Ball flach und sehe zu ob sich da im Umgang was ändert. Stammpersonal MUSS allein aus Sicherheitsgründen bitte direkt bei Ryanair angestellt werden! Alles klar?
