The payment system of Ryanair is terrible indead. I have tried many times to make a payment, all resulting in an error message which doesn't give a lot of information. When googleing the issue to find a problem I have noticed a lot of other people have the same problem.

Travelling with a little baby is rubbish... You pay more than for an adult, you get nothing extra - neither luggage nor seat, no priority boarding - is it Bantu-Africa Airlines or what???

I'd rather order Ryanair tickets via another agency, because it's really easy to slip and get taxed for gazillion of things. However, quite contrary to the expectations, the flights themselves were good.

Lots av hidden fees, price for flight change is nearly on criminal level.

its a cheap flights company in Europe. Not the most reliable, as it keeps changing destinations and the baggage policies are really bad.

They keep adding and removing flights, changing stuff, which i do not appreciate. I was shocked to find out that Ryanair no longer flies to some destinations. Not a happy customer...

I know people keep complaining about bad experience with Ryanair, and sure the seats are crammed, the staff are too pushy, the planes are unreliable, etc. etc., However, you should not expect more from a company that offers cheap flights, even though, you have to admit that the cheap fares have disappeared mostly...

They want to make money, so they offer you lots of extras.
But you can say NO to everything and just get your cheap flight for 9,99€
Comfort on-board is not very good, but ok for a 1 hour flight with that incredible price!
Just send your luggage via postal mail to your hotel, then you dont have to pay 30€.
I have a good experience with Ryanair.
You get what you pay for, and that is enough for me!

hochgradig unseriös! wer sicher und entspannt fliegen will sollte NICHT mit ryanair fliegen! durch den online buchungsdschungel der versteckten kosten blickt ja kein mensch mehr durch...oftmals warten am flughafen böse überraschungen in form von gebühren die auf den flugpreis drauf kommen...mir ist es nun schon zum zweiten mal passiert das ein flug verspätung (4 stunden!) hatte oder einfach annuliert wurde bzw der flieger ging dann, 16 stunden später!...keine entschädigung bzw ersatzflieger der airline...beeunruhigend finde ich auch den zustand der ryanair flotte...ich weiß nicht ob die maschinen vorschriftsmäßig gewartet werde...das ist natürlich meine private meinung...ich rate im bedarfsfall eine "seriöse" airline zu buchen!
