Good sides and bad sides. First, it's a really good resource pool for books and documents that you cannot find anywhere else. But of course they have copyright issues, plus they mislead users into registering for paid downloads.

Good site, but I found 12 tracking cookies with Ghostery. Thats a lot, and in my opinion almost ethical issues.
