Is shoebuy.com Safe?

I ordered two pairs of boots from shoebuy.com at an amazing discounted price, BUT it was a hassle to return the second pair that didn't work out. I requested them to send me a shipping label in the mail because i don't have access to a printer & i never received the label. I then emailed them on two different occasions & never got any comment back. I ended up having my mom call the company so I could get my money back -she's so good at negotiating :)

Excellent despatch and receipt. Received in Australia 2 working days after order placement but I feel that "box to fit" would have been about 66% smaller and much cheaper for me. Customer service re. communication was very poor, nil in fact, despite repeated emails asking about the website not recognising my email address and password after the order was placed and paid for.

I went to shoebuy.com to check out some shoes, and then I did my normal surfing on the web. I noticed that every single site I surfed on after that had a shoebuy ad with the exact same shoes i was looking at on their site. Now, I got a little suspicious and realized that they not only put tracking cookies on me, but they were also exploiting my interest in their site. All in all, i am really disappointed. I will never buy anything from them, because for me that is just an unacceptable practice, and quite frankly it makes ***** untrustworthy in my eyes. I will not even surf on this site again, I am so disappointed in them.

they say fast shipping but it took three weeks to receive them. Then to make it worse they sent the wrong boots the wrong size and the wrong gender. I requested a return on this item they said they'd send out a call tag now It has been three more weeks . How long do you have to wait?
