Two generations behind in the shoe I wanted and even on the old generation they didn't even have a good selection. One color, one size. Seriously? With a name like shoes.com you'd think they'd have more than 1 size, 1 color, and 1 generation of a shoe. Thats totally ignoring the fact that they are listed for $79.99 and on the actual shoe company's website they are listed for $52.50!

I ordered 3 jackets and they sent me 3 booths. They authorized the return and I sent them the booths back. They didn't refund my money. I opened a claim in Amazon against them and after a month I finally got my money back. Their customer service didn't apologize or tried to make a customer happy. After I had this problem with them, I noticed that I wasn't the only one. Check online to understand better their poor reputation.

#1) Ordered shoes...waited @ least 2 ***** card charged...informed shoes out of stock. Did receive refund,with no apology! #2) Ordered ***** confirmation sent...upon checking c c account, found charged twice for same order. Upon receipt of bag....totally different than my order. Over charge was returned, however to return bag I will be charged twice for shipping, for an item I did NOT want! i will shop elsewhere!
