Great web host, I have sent many of my customers here. All are happy with the service. Support are very friendly and helpful. 24/7 Ticket based support is great. no reason to give it any less than excellent.

Bought my domain name from there. No problems, excellent customer support and its a very pleasant experience when buying. They operate a very easy to use website. Full marks from me. Awesome work here.

Simplex WAS good but received a lot of down time and managed to wipe the servers leaving us with nothing. I Hope they regain lost ground! edit: seems things have improved quite a bit!

Good cheap site

no problems at all. don't know why someone has given this site all red/yellow. And yes, I'm sorry, 24/7 support is true - support tickets are replied 24/7. And for the record, i've given the site 100s in all categories.

I'm a representative from SimplexWebs. I would like to suggest that the user who said we 'lied' about 24/7 support clearly didn't understand that we didn't imply 24/7 phoneline support, however has proven themselves we have not 'lied' and that they received a very quick response after submitting a ticket. This is also stated in the voicemail message they received when they contacted us.
