@CA10 Ok dude, I got 3 points for ya. First of all go easy on the accusations cuz you don't have proof. Second, work on your grammar cuz it sucks. Third, why the hell would I mess with socialreviver? I use the extension myself cuz i find it useful (duh). FYI I don't work for facebook. -_-

I've checked the source code of the extension and I did not find anything suspicious. However, there is a function in the code which every 12 hours sends the following information: the MD5 hash of your user ID, the extension version, the installation time, the language you've configured Facebook to use, the country you're using Facebook from, the ID of the extension and the type of the extension. The first may be a concern, since MD5 is broken (http://cryptocrats.com/crypto/md5-the-hash-algorithm-is-now-broken/). This may, in theory, allow people to reconstruct your Facebook ID from it's hash. However, this is complicated and resource-intensive, so it's not very likely to happen. Moreover, the author clearly did not intend the unique identifier to be reversible, as it would have been way more easy to just send the complete ID in an unencoded form.
