The SoundCloud Terms of Service states that this type of service is not allowed on the SoundCloud website. Anyone using the service can have their SoundCloud account terminated at any time without warning.

All the other posts here are false. The site has NOTHING to do with facebook / twitter. Those users could not have even looked at the site as it is obviously nothing to do with that.
Those accusing it of being a scam, what proof do they have? That is libelous if they have nothing to back it up

I posted a Soundcloud track (tagged soundcloud) to my tumblr, shortly thereafter received a message saying the anonymous sender had listened to my tracks and felt I could use better exposure, suggesting the use of Soundcloud Manager. However, I’m not a music producer, there are NO tracks that the sender could have listened to. This has scam written all over it. Avoid.
