Безопасен ли staples.com?

If you place an order at Staples website, order at your own risk of the order being canceled by Staples without notification or good explanation. Has happened here more than once, and with the latest order, the pending transaction was approved by my credit card company (confirmed by phone with them), but Staples canceled it anyway (item was in stock supposedly). This is a bad business practice, without communicating with a customer when an order is canceled (no email or phone call). The time before this happened, I waited several days and no delivery, which found out it was canceled. If you are a business person or consumer with much time to babysit Staples ordering process, feel free to order from them. Otherwise, there are often good alternatives -Office Depot, Walmart (sometimes cheaper), Amazon (often cheaper). In my bad experiences, staples.com has system problems they need to fix. Their customer service? by phone was clueless why latest order was canceled. The Staples rep by phone was willing to reorder, but she could not honor all of my previous order discounts and could only ship to store, not to my address - not acceptable.
