Tealium is a tag management service that seeks to optimize tags for better marketing, i.e., to increase hits that dwell on a site, and thus produce more sales, or more visitors staying longer, and that sort of thing. Tealium represents no danger of any kind to you, the browser, as it is a totally background process that tests various tags to see which produce better results for a site, regardless of what 'better results' might mean. (If an information site, 'better results' means more people getting info and staying longer to read it, for example.)
