I note in the WOT guidelines: WOT is a multicultural community where religions, political ideas and world views may vary. Please keep that in mind when rating, commenting, and interacting with other users or site owners. Be tolerant of other opinions. I found information I was looking for. I did not see anything advocating violence against the government, as one commenter said without quoting anything to back up his statement. I don't see how a critique of the use of "tea party," according to another commenter, is an ethical violation since that is only an opinion. I use WOT as an added protection against browsing to hacked websites or websites that misuse personal information. I find the above mentioned commenters to be unethical in their use of this particular forum to express their own opposing political views by trying to discredit and discourage the use of this website. "

This site provides useful, accurate information. Unfortunately we once again see WOT being used as a weapon by the hate groups calling it a hate group. As responsible people play by the rules and don't return the same we find that WOT has been taken over by the the haters and destroyed as far as its orginal purpose. It now appears to be nothing more than a left shielf for slander and label.

Clearly those who have rated this site poorly do it because of political reasons. Their comments have misinformation as none of them back it up with statement of facts. I, as a local Tea Party leader, am familiar with this site and I have never received virus or similar threats from this site. If these "persons" were around during the founding of America; they would of most likely been part of the British rule and rated our Founding Fathers as they rated this site.

this website uses a historical event to misrepresent the Tea Party. Being a history scholar, the Tea party does NOT represent the same rights and liberties as the people who were involved in the event "Tea Party" this is MISINFORMATION, and thus deserves a negative vote. it's beyond propaganda; it's lying.

Many people give this site a bad rating for the simple reason that their political perspective is opposite the political perspective of the site. Their ratings are a dishonest abuse of the WOT system; their ratings are a form of political activism rather than an accurate representation of the safety or reliability of the site. However, some of their comments are partially correct. You might call this site "anti-government", but since when is that a bad thing? All of America's Founding Fathers were "anti-government" and it was this principle that led to the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution and Bill of Rights. It was all designed to place limits on the power of government, because they well understood that a powerful government would instead place limits on the rights of individuals. That is the message of the Tea Party Patriots. It is not a hate group, it is an individualist rights group that seeks a return to the messages and the principles of the founders. Over the last several hundred years, the government has gradually broken free of its chains and now seeks unlimited power, which will destroy the spirit of America that has made us the strongest country in the world. Of course, our enemies wish for this to happen. Our loss can only be their gain. This is a trustworthy, reliable and safe site, which I donate to regularly.
