Should have listened to other reviewers. I trusted their word re free woodworking plan download. After watching endless videos still no hint of any download or any end of video. Just kept asking to buy. False advertising.

I find the site to have some valuable info at times. Yes, they have many offers for items to be gotten elsewhere. User discretion is always the best. Tho, I find it less offensive/intrusive than WOT's constantly pimping me to install the android app when I don't have any such device...

Member of a farm of "ClickBank" click-bait sites selling "helpful guidebooks" (in some cases pirated), persistently advertised in spam email via anonymous bulk mailer delivering cloaked links redirected via affiliate trackers. Sellers display lengthy sucker ads and/or videos without controls and fake trust seals. Beware of repeating charges you cannot cancel. Risks: tracking, spam, credit card fraud, identity theft. Do not provide any financial or personal data. References: _http://www.twoboredguys.com/hobbies/woodworking/teds-woodworking-scam-ted-mcgrath-review/ _http://woodgears.ca/ted/

100% Scam. Don't provide them with any personal information or your credit card number because you will get problems with unauthorized charges etc.

Site has been permanently firewalled. Woodworking plans scam same scam as: ***** ***** ***** ***** ***** ***** ***** ***** ***** ***** ***** ***** ***** ***** ***** ***** ***** Beware of malware infected files. Beware you maybe paying for files that are freely available elsewhere. Only a fool trusts their health or their money to a spammer NEVER trust a spammer NEVER buy from spammers (High fraud risks) NEVER visit spammed web sites (High malware risks)

Spam and scam website. Stay away from this site.

Completely useless "plans". All attempts to contact for "guaranteed" refund were dead ends. This guy should be in prison.
2
Minimally a scam, possibly worse. When closing tab for this site a dialog box appeared warning me not to leave and preventing me from leaving this site unless I clicked on it.

Everything about this site is wrong. See this: ***** The site has an annoying pop up movie playing. When you try to leave, another pop up occurs, do not click on anything, end-task if you must. Site is a scam. The IP per HPHosts ***** points to OVH Hosting Inc. Quebec, Canada. I have had some dealings in the past with some of their client spammers. The domain has been around since 3/2010, and the contact is hiding behind "Whoisguard". The address on the site, "145 Amistad Rd San Angelo, TX 76901", appears to be a dirt road entrance per Google Earth. I am willing to bet that most, if not all of the people that provided feedback on the site are bogus. This site has the look and feel of a bad time. Folks, there are lots of free woodworking plans on Google.

Major spam website. Fills up your junk folder

So many fake websites under totally different names link to this when you click on them. I've clicked on at least 5 other sites that send me directly to this. Its very deceptive.
2
Advertised through spam pretending that they are replying to a woodworking question that you've sent to them, redirects through three other domain names before you reach this site.
2
Spamvertized by 3rd party spammers and hidden behind multiple redirects. Sure sign of a scam or other questionable operation.

Ted's Woodworking is a FRAUD and FAKE: See: ***** You'd be better of gluing cans of SPAM together to make furniture than trying to use Ted's plans! Spoiler alert: TED DOES NOT REALLY EXIST!!!!

I received such an endless amount of spam with links back to this site that a rating was needed. Potentially illegal - possibly sells copyrighted material for which the seller does not have permission to sell Scam: - An affiliate must compete with manufacturer if you are an affiliate and market the crap out of "Ted's" site in the hope that people will find your site, you in fact end up increasing "Ted's" search ranking and people will just buy directly from "Ted's" site rather than yours - who would try sell a product where you are competing with the manufacturer? Usually when there are distributors/resellers, the manufacturer DOES not sell directly to the end purchaser but rather directs leads to a reseller and if they do its a scam. Suspicious: - many sites show up with search terms like "Ted's woodworking scam" only to be marketing sites for "Ted" - a common tactic amongst scammers/spammers - No non-email/web way to contact Misleading claims or unethical - video that claims it will not be available for more than 24 hours instilling a fake sense of urgency - source of plans is highly suspect, the statement "I compiled" is code for "I scraped from the internet" Ads / pop-ups - cheesy javascript confirm box attempting to prevent navigation away from site Spam "build your own subscriber list and send out those emails" - encourages affiliates to send as much spam as possible to be successful More info See ***** for a better description of the spam/scam

spammers/identity harvesters pimping woodworking plans scraped off of the internet and youtube videos as their own.
