Is tekks.net Safe?

This review is for my boyfriend. He went in and got his iPhone 5 screen fixed. It was completely smashed where pieces had been falling off and lifted in certain areas. He called ahead of time to make sure they had the part. The guy fixed his phone in 15 minutes and it was up and running smoother than it was before it cracked. Again I would recommend this place over any other place. These are good people here and they have the best prices out there.

They have fixed my computer many times, Their prices are very reasonable and they were very quick getting the repair done so I wasn't without my computer for long. I feel that they are very honest and have always gone over my options but never felt like they were pushing me into spending money that was not necessary. They have also fixed my cracked I Phone and we sold an old IPhone to them as well. I have used other computer repair companys and just didn't trust them, I completely trust Tekkies!!

I honestly can't say enough good things about Tekkies. First, I love that they are a local Bartlett company. I brought my son's iPad in there a few weeks ago for a cracked screen. They fixed it and sold me a great case that is super durable for kiddies. Fast forward a couple weeks, and the iPad wouldn't turn on.. It died and for some reason I was unable to get it working again... I took it to Tekkies and asked them to take a look. They were able to find the problem, fix it, and get this... IT WAS FREE!!!! They do a phenomenal job, are great communicators, and awesome customer services. They have my business for life now! :)

I found this website while looking for a place to have a game system reballed. For anyone who is in the market to find someone that does this type of work knows it's a chore to look for depending on the market you're in; Chicagoland for me. I called them up and spoke to a "supposed" tech named Parnell. His customer service was a 7 but unfortunately is service was a 1. For a reall, my game system should have been good for at least a year. It did come with a warranty for 6 mos. But the issue lies in the service. A reball was never done. Not even 2 mos later I'm dealing with the same issue I thought he fixed. I found out via another well researched tech shop that they have been re-doing all of this business work. This place Tekkies even has the nerve to mark their work by putting stickers on the inside of the units motherboards showing they were the last to work on it. DO NOT, deal with this business. Shoddy work at best is my experience.
