Is tfaforms.com Safe?

I got the request to fill up the rental application on www.tfaforms.com/.... but... I find this house on Craiglist, they didn't pick up the phone, but answered the texts only, they requested the e-mail, to send the application form, but the link to the application form came from the name RENTLINX RENTALS with a private mail address <goodhouseforrenter@gmail.com>. It's nor even from Craiglist, nor the RentlixRentals, but the private e-mail address... So then it's directed me to tfaforms.com where they want me to put all private data, even the SS. I don't think it is safe, it's most likely scammers who want to still your information. Be careful!!! Looks like this tfaforms.com is collecting all kinds of applications - for school, military, rental etc... It can not be multitasking and it can not be safe.

Beware of links that look like a bank, but actually send you to a different site. I'm not sure why this site has such a poor rating. It hosts the vocabulary quiz for an online course I'm taking with my company. We are a large organization, so the course designers likely investigate the vendor before setting up the quiz. The course has been in place for over a year and had about 100 users.

I have been using this site as long I have had business relation with From Assembly. If someone has a professional plan which means no Ads whatsoever in the web forms, then this site shouldn't have any complaints as well. This is surprising to hear so many negative rating, WOT should verify this site and write official comment since it involves many business customers.
