Is theppa.org Safe?

Overall, the PPA is a good organization with a respectable mission. However, their customer service is very lacking. After waiting several months for my new membership package, I contacted PPA and received a response email that, although friendly, informed me that there was a problem with my order which they never bothered to contact me about. The order was corrected and now, after almost seven months, I still have not received my new membership package and have not been getting responses to my emails. There is now no longer even a way to sign up as a member on the website or cancel membership and I have gotten no response to my inquiry as to how to cancel. I'm happy to support the organization, but I would have liked to be treated a little better.
