Toluna has become one of the worst survey sites. The website is always broken. Surveys wait until the end to disqualify you, then they keep your information and won't pay you. Value of surveys has been decreasing for several years. Now, they have started blocking users from attempting surveys.

Spammeur sur adresse personnelle et non opt-in, récupérée on ne sait où ni comment, mais certainement pas en nous demandant notre avis...
Rappelons que le spam auprès d'adresses de particuliers est illégal en France.

(Based on my experience with the Norwegian branch)
Toluna claims that it takes two months for them to send you the gift cards you get from taking (an unethical large amount of) surveys. Their competitors delivers them within a couple of days, which makes me think it's all about interest. They don't (always?) deliver them either. I ordered three gift cards, and more than three months later none of them have arrived. I've tried to contact their support team, but they refuse to reply.
DON'T SUPPORT THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!

I am a member of this site, and while they may not send the highest paying survey offers, they are legit, do pay, and have had no issues with spam from them,

This is a trusted website for opionions and voting but the problem is that it takes too long for the rewards to arrive and they gain a lot more money from you and i mean a lot

It is alot of rubbish, you have to fill out tonnes of surveys just to get a fiver where as they are getting paid alot more for each of the surveys we do. better off with lightspeed or valued opinions give this rubbish a wide birth

Sehr schlechte Kunenerfahrung - gleich zwei Gutscheine im Wert von insgesamt 40 Euro, die ich durch Befragungen verdient habe, sind selbst nach einem dreiviertel Jahr nicht bei mir angekommen. Mehrere Nachfragen an den Kundensupport - nichts. Extrem unseriös so ein Geschäftsgebaren - ic h würde die Finger von dieser Seite lassen, lohnt die Mühe nicht!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
