I would have to say overall they are a company you get your order BUT that is all your getting... F-A-S-T in shipping, if not the fastest I have ever heard of or seen... From ordering on a Monday/Tuesday to Shipping out from Hong Kong on Friday to being delivered by Wednesday.... Now, the order, two 7" MID (Tablets), both work BUT both had problems with quality. One was missing two screws and the other the screen was not securely fastened or installed. I opened them up and fixed them both and are sourcing local for screws. I emailed them asking for Firmware; NOPE... Done everything to avoid sending or giving me the firmware. Didn't want to send screws without my ordering more devices and the screen they ignored. They took 3 days to write me back and say that they investigated and that because they "verified" with shipper that there was nothing left to do. They take 24hrs to respond, they do reply to email which is a positive but that is all. Don't expect anything more than fast shipping They ship what you pay for... Forget the rest.
