They did not refund my money at 23\6\2022 I ordered Flight,Hotel & Insurance Package for our family ,it costs $75.6 then they said NOTE: Insurance has to be purchased separately for each person, hence we will provide you with the quote for the second traveler. so they wanted more money I refused and said ok give me Flight Itinerary but the cost is $29.5 and I paid $75.6 so I need you to refund me the rest they gave me a fake booking I told them that the airline's website says The booking reference you entered doesn't appear to be valid. they said We do provide tickets which are reserved in airlines and these tickets are verifiable by embassy as they have a separate database to verify reserved tickets Regards Anil kumar I asked for the refund they said The payment 29$ is equal to INR 2270, So we need to refund the rest of amount of INR 3022. and told my that 2270 INR will be reunded in 5-6 business working days they did not refund any thing for a month I said where is the 3 hours delivery ? he said It's in pending from PayUmoney. and after 2 weeks he said The payment was failed from the PayUmoney end. Hence, we will refund again. and We have tried to refund many times but it's pending from failure. Do NOT use https://travelvisabookings.com! My husband ordered for me Flight,Hotel & Insurance Package and wrote the wrong last name (I still have my travel passport under my maiden name). I contacted them RIGHT AWAY in live chat, via website contact form and via customersupport email to let them know about the correction. I told them that I have a visa appointment soon and I need the papers ASAP. So 3 hours of delivery (as they promise on website) was exactly what I needed and could only wait for. I contacted them again 2 hours after my purchase and correction to remind about me. Both times they said they would take care of it and deliver everything on time. It’s been more than 4 hours since my order and correction. I contacted them again saying that they didn’t deliver as promised and I either need the papers right now or the refund. This time nobody even responded me via live chat – they just ignored me, just like they apparently have been ignoring my order all along! Now I’m going to miss my visa appointment because of them and not even sure if I can get another one in time to still make it to my June trip. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SCAM! Don’t fall for it, stay away!

This site should be banned because they are taking money from their clients and providing them fake itineraries. Totally Scam and I'm very wondered that how they can come on Google Page #1 with this SCAM service even their customer service is very poor. I'll not personally recommend this site to my friends or others.

Beware from this SCAM website, they gave me the fake itinerary, while checking on airlines website the itinerary was not legitimate it was fake. My visa process on stack then i sent them an email but they didn't replied to me. I would not recommend this SCAM service.
