OneTravel is a site to book trips through. My recent trip from MSP to PDX and back was booked through this site and I had zero issues with it. It is only slightly more difficult than booking directly with the airlines and often has good deals. The bad experience someone reported to WOT is simply a failure of the customer to understand the policies the website CLEARLY STATES about booking a trip. Only certain cancellation reasons are covered under trip insurance. If you book through this site and don't plan on canceling your trip, you'll have a good experience.

This is without a doubt the worst experience I have had with travel site.They were very uncooperative about making emergency changes to my itinerary and fortunately I went directly to the airline and was able to at least cancel and retain the money I spent for one year.One Travel is bad news.Stay away from them!
