Безопасен ли trusteer.com?

Installed it for my banks website. It keeps popping up with no way to close it down. It says to open some console that it won't allow you to open, I can't get it to disable in chrome and it's annoying me. so I tried to uninstall it. I had to uninstall in safe mode with a special downloaded program that is meant specifically for uninstalling that program. After all the pop-ups and inability to uninstall, I don't trust it.

I am not buying these good site ratings, why is this software difficult to uninstall and why did the user/operator not know of it's presence? *To add, not a pleasant experience. It does nothing to add to security, apparently installed itself without the users knowledge, and makes itself difficult to uninstall, closing the Logmein session on a remote support technician. Not a good idea..
