it is a thieves set-up, a hidden subscription is there and withdrawal credit card without your authorization. be careful c'est un montage des voleurs, un abonnement caché est là, et retrait de la carte de crédit sans votre autorisation. Faites attention

I am a website owner. On Jun, 2019, one of the member of Auslogics emailed me and said me that he is from Auslogics and they want to promote their new products "TweakBit PC Repair Kit" and "TweakBit Driver Updater" from our website. As our conversation he have provided me my affiliate link with some banner images. As our agreement I have published their banners on our website. He told me that they would pay me 50$ for per sale of their products. After about 8 month later, I have contacted them to know if I they got any sell from our website. In answer he said me that he is no longer work for Auslogics anymore and provided my an email and asked to forward all my questions regarding traffics and sale. As he told me, I have contacted with that person and he told me that he will tell me about my website's performance the next day and told me to replace my affiliate link with new one. As his information they had moved to a new platform and so I need to change my link and I did. The next day, he told me that I have got 2 sales. So I have asked him to pay me. In reply he asked my PayPal address and he will prepare a invoice for me and will send it to the finance. As he told I have send him my PayPal address. Then I have waited for 2 days but he didn't replied my email. Then I had emailed him again. But he didn't replied my email (Worst Service). I have waited more 3 days for his reply but no reply were sent to me. I emailed him again to pay me. This time he replied me and told me that he had sent the the invoice to finance the previous day and I will be paid within the week term. Then I have waited more 8 days but unfortunately they didn't paid me. So I have emailed him and told him that I have not received my payment. In reply, he told me that he recently contacted with their finance and their finance told him that they could't proceed with a payment without an invoice and IO (That means If I hadn't knocked him via email, he will never check about my payment. Wow what a great service!!!). But he told me that he will prepare the invoice and I already filled their IO at the first before publishing banner on our website. Whatever, I have created an Invoice and also filled their IO and send him. But he didn't replied me if he had sent these to their finance. Then I have waited more 8 days but I didn't received my payment. So I have contacted him one more time and I have confessed myself that it will be my last email. Because I was emailing him for about 1 month for my payment. He replied my email after 6 days, saying that he saw the IO and invoice just then and he sent these to their finance. But I haven't received my payment till now. So as my experience with Auslogics, I would never suggest you to use their service or believe them as they totally fraud, Please be aware.

As I was installing the software on my latest PC, I was having trouble accessing the purchase code's email. I went to their website and used the Live Chat feature to get assistance from a trained tech. Once I confirmed my e-mail with the tech, he had assured me the code was sent. After waiting several hours, I still had not received the code and had to contact them via Facebook for it be resent. I had issues with receiving the code due to the sensitivity of my spam filters. Please make sure your e-mails do not fall into the spam category!
