Is upload.wikimedia.org Safe?

This report on the activities of VC holder, William Barnard Rhodes-Moorhouse, is totally wrong when describing his flying activities in the USA. The Golden Gate Bridge was not built in 1911 and William did not have a flying licence until his return to the UK. It was his friend James Radley, as a member of the British Team, who won the prizes in the USA.
