Is usa.autodesk.com Safe?

There appears to be two different TOS documents for cloud services, one located at: ***** The other (which appears to be newer) is directly on AutoDesk's website for TOS that apply to cloud services: http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/item?siteID=123112&id=17784802 This newer one basically says that they can use anything you upload for any reason that they choose. This is not a good TOS. Given this, they cannot be trustworthy at this point in time, if the TOS should change, then this opinion may change as well.

I've attempted to use two products from Autodesk, Miya and XSI Softimage Mod. Miya keeps crashing, reporting it's "unstable" without any other information. XSI won't uninstall. It doesn't even come with an uninstaller. I fear I may have to look at the installer's log and manually remove all files, registry entries and unregister all DLL's manually. There's a few hundred.
