They are not bad but their fees can be little pricey.. Would consider switching banks just because US doesn't offer incentives I want.

The only problem I had with US Bank was when they said I deposted a "blank" envelope on a certain date into their ATM but when I showed them my Blackberry Video of me depositing REAL cash in a REAL envelope and showing the REAL reciept coming out of the ATM of the amount deposited, well lets put it this way, my lawyer got involved. LOL
so I guess im a happy customer..

I find their website easy to use (despite the occasional timeouts) and their customer service has been quick and effective for me. They sure beat Wells Fargo.

Site is safe on all 4 fronts. Mixed opinion on this one. I bank with them, and have had no problems. But apparently several people have had problems with them.
