This domain evidently expired at some point and was registered again on 31 December 2012. It is not possible to know whether or not the new owner is the same because the domain is registered privately. It seems strange for someone to buy a domain that had previously been affiliated with malware. As of 10 January 2013, there is no content or information on the main page of this site.
