Site claims 'free trial' yet immediately charges cc US$1.03. Once 5 day 'free trial' over they will automatically start billing you $49.95pm. When trying to cancel the box will not check. I emailed them my cancellation and informed my bank. CC now cancelled. Very inconvenient. Never used any of their products, site hard to use and content was poor. AVOID!

This is a video download and streaming site. It offers a "free" 5-day trial but you need to use your credit card to register for the trial. The web site promises that you can cancel at any time during the five days (at no cost) but when you try to do that using the web site it indicates that you do not have an account. When you call their 800 number, you get the same response. "Your account was not registered.". I am waiting to see how much my credit card gets charged in five days(?!?!?)

WTF!!???!! Hesitantly, I put in my CC info ONLY b/c it assured me of no charge and it's only use was for "verification" purposes. POOF! next screen informs me I can "enjoy" 5 free days & will automatically be charged $49/mos after that. Plus, there is a $.99 fee to cancel!!!! Wait a hot minute......I did NOT sign up for anything & refuse to pay! BEWARE!!
