This site is a fake make quick money phishing site that spams Facebook and other sites with links telling about how much the poster "earned".

Spam posts the following:
"CONGRATULATION.
Hi friend i hope you are well. Now you can earn more dollar at facebook or any other link too in your home. Very easy for every one. Just Open the link and read all detail."
Not only a scam, the poor English doesn't help either.

Site promises that you can cash out when the account balance reaches $40. There is a link given to a page for you to complete a survey to prove that you are human and a code is suppose to be supplied for you to enter for cash out. However, the link opens into a blank page and no code is provided.

It is really a fraudulent site. They promise a great payout and then encourage you to pay money via sms and in other ways. Be careful and do not have any business with it.They are really leading you on! SCAM!!! and SPAM!!!
