I receive two or three spam emails a day from this domain, all with randomly generated usernames (today's came from <kyvuphy@vnnic.net.vn> but yesterday's was <hekcybf@vnnic.net.vn>), crudely disguised adult text (with swear words and sexual content), always taking the form of an invitation to connect with a single lady, and inevitable links to Russian websites (ie all domains ending .ru). A well-crafted Outlook rule filters them into a SPAM inbox, but this does seem to be going on for many years. I suspect their DNS server has been hacked by a Russian botnet, and that complaints will be pointless.
