8-17-15: Every single delivery for the last year has had an issue, sometimes multiple issues. Silly me! I tried to order delivery again because I have multiple health issues and now I can't even checkout! I called Customer Service, was on hold 20 minutes, and never got to speak to a live human being. I emailed Corporate, let them know I have multiple health issues and that even though I received credits that does not save me time and energy which is what I really need. They have not deigned to respond.

When I forgot my password and attempted to log in 3 times, my only option was to call customer service. The computer said it would be 6 minutes... It has been almost 30 and I'm still on hold. Oh wait! They just answered... The customer service was very nice enough when they answered... But they definitely take some time to work out the website kinks.
