Is waresphere.com Safe?

Purchased replacement laptop screen. Notification of tracking number ended up in junk mail. A couple weeks, Found it in junk mail claiming the shipment was delivered. They have no proof of delivery. Reported them to PayPal. They refunded the full charge after a couple months.

After ordering a replacement motherboard from this site and -after having to send a second email to them confirming it was EXACTLY the part that I wanted to order- I was dismayed to find a week and a half later when the board arrived that they had substituted a vaguely similar but different and wholly incompatible board with a different part number, different gpu, and a lower output resolution that wouldn't support the full HD screen of my laptop. When the issue was brought to their attention the same day it arrived they admitted to having misrepresented the item, and claimed they had supply problems despite their website listing more than a dozen of the correct model, and despite the fact that the closest listing on their site to what they actually did send being at a lower price(besides it being completely incompatible for use) claimed it was somehow an "upgrade", and refused to facilitate an exchange or refund. I would advise people not to purchace from this company as they can't be trusted to deal in good faith, and you can't be sure at all you'll get what you ordered.
