Is wave.video Safe?

Our experience wasn't good, feel like we fell for one of the online sweepstakes/competition they are running with different 'social gurus' and then we started with a free plan, that was then canceled by them without notice, and suddenly we couldn't keep videos we spent time on creating and forced to convert. had many tech issues (the support was OK but English wasn't great) and only after offering many discounts we got a refund.. media is dubious, couldn't verify where they get the content they were selling (claimed one vendor, then another.) found an alternative and happy we did. not coming back to this service.
