I don't understand what people are always complaining about. I love this software, sure it's not perfect but it's a computer so that's obviously a given.
I had a few glitches at first but their technical support fixed that up really fast, and they were really nice and patient (I'm not very computer savvy).
The email ads I got from them annoyed me at first but then that's what the "unsubscribe" button is for so... I'm very satisfied with the product and services in general
I installed this software completely unaware of it's virus-like installation. I've been trying to uninstall the software with the result that it absolutely must run the downloaded EXE file or it completely stops the uninstall process. I've edited the system startup with no apparent effect - it restarts after the reboot. The programmers who made this obviously made it along the lines of other malware, intending to inflict this program on you whether you wanted to keep it or not.
Translator product appears "okay", but it is not unlike several other linline translators that are free.
The problem is the companies unethical marketing. By downloading and installing the software it AUTOMATICALLY changes or attempts to change you Search Provider and installs a "toolbar." If you system is not protected it will also introduce Advertisment Popups.
I personally wouldn't use a product from this company if they had the best product in the world, I don't do business with unetchical firms.
I hope you read this far: Go back and look at the positive comments and the writers of these posts. At least half of them are "shills" for the company. Some wording is identical and in other cases the only time the source has posted was to support another disreputable company.
The product is not to bad. There are some extremely frustrating aspects such as constant half page popups urging you to buy the next version when you already purchased the program, you try to toggle off the start with windows option to get rid of the popups and it keeps on starting with windows. These popups would create jams on session starting. Full information about that sent to the company did not even result in a reply.
After signing up for their writing tips, I received almost daily emails from them hounding me with special offers and information about the importance of writing skills. Once I opted out of their emails though, they ceased.
I'd say they have a good product and are probably reliable, but there email marketing is all too frequent, and annoying!
