Tried contacting them with the reqeust for deleting my e-mail which is still shown even after changing the WHOIS info, but they just won't do it.

Publishes a publicly accessible whois history. People have no chance to get their personal data truly removed from this site. The site offers a "service" to hide the personal information when a yearly fee is paid. If the fee is not paid, the data re-appears.
