I had a VPS service with them for three months and the service would randomly go offline for days to a week with slow response from support.

I purchased a debian 64 bit, ended up with a centos 32 bit server. Uptime for the Internet connection is VERY bad, definitely not 99.9% or whatever they had. VERY bad support response time, VERY bad support. Run by outsourced Indians or something, everyone responds at 4am or so and has terrible English. After first loading the server, the VM panel didn't work. After getting them to fix that, and selecting "reinstall opearting system" to debian 64 bit, the server no longer boots. Still waiting for response.
